Lisa was so patient and would take the time to explain everything to me so I felt comfortable with every step of the transaction. Morgan was absolutely AMAZING! After being on the Westside for over 15 years, we decided to transplant to the Valley during the pandemic. I am so lucky to have been able to work with Kristen! From the moment I first spoke with her, it made me feel calm and hopeful that I could finally find AND secure a home. Kristen asked me all the right questions about what I was looking for and what I wanted. She suggested I go see a listing in Playa Del Rey which was an area I had perused but hadn't actively searched in.She was knowledgeable about the area and helped sell me based on my hobbies and habits (walks and runs near the beach!). Once I saw the place it was on the top of my list to secure and she made all of my dreams come true. As a first time home buyer, she was always available and responsive to every question I had and walked me through each and every step. She made suggestions for the inspection company to use and made sure we did follow-up inspections as needed. For example, I had a mold issue and she made sure we did a mold inspection since the unit had sustained substantial water damage - put my concerns at ease. When my original lender was annoying me, she sent me two suggestions and I used one that was a dream to work with. She recommended a fantastic contractor/handyman who helped me fix a few things that needed updating and, has been helping with additional installations as needed.Kristen is an absolute gem. She has deep connections in the business and area, which as her client you benefit from. She's never pushy and doesn't insist on using anyone she suggests, but it's nice to know you can trust her judgement and her recommendations. I not only found an amazing realtor, but a friend I can't wait to hang out with in my new hood! I got the best Christmas and New Years gift, and in 2020 too!

Kristen is very competent and customer-friendly. She has good knowledge of the issues of real estate. She knows the home which is selling. She is nice and the whole complex process of buying a home in California look so easy.
