3. Sensitive Personal Information
Under CPRA, "sensitive personal information" includes categories such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, and similar data.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this Site. Specifically:
- We do not collect precise geolocation data. Our Google Maps integration displays maps but does not request or store your device location.

- We do not collect racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or biometric data.
If you voluntarily include sensitive information in a free-text field (such as a message to us or a MIB conversation), we will treat it with appropriate care and limit its use to responding to your inquiry.

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
Service Delivery — Responding to your real estate inquiries and contact form submissions; providing MIB responses to your market and property questions; displaying relevant property listings and market data; sending saved search alerts when matching listings become available; and delivering requested market reports and community guides.

Advertising and Retargeting — Measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and serving targeted advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to previous Site visitors.
Legal and Security — Protecting against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; enforcing rate limits on certain features; and complying with legal obligations.
5. How We Share Your Information
We Do Not Sell Personal Information
Team Tami does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
Sharing for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising
Important: Under CPRA, "sharing" includes making personal information available to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even without monetary exchange.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — You may direct us to limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the services you request. As noted in Section 3, we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization (e.g., a signed written authorization or power of attorney) and may still verify your identity directly.
Response Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension (up to an additional 45 days, for a maximum of 90 days total).

When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data management practices.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication with signed session tokens, access controls limiting who can view personal data, and bot detection and filtering on tracking tools to reduce unauthorized data collection.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-Party Links
Our Site contains links to third-party websites, including property listing sources, social media platforms, and partner sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
12. AI Tool Disclosure (Market Intelligence Bot)
Our Market Intelligence Bot ("MIB") at teamtami.com/market-intelligence uses artificial intelligence to answer questions about local real estate pricing, listings, and communities.
Storage: Your MIB conversation (your questions and the bot's responses) is stored in our database for the purpose of improving service quality and enabling features like email summaries.
Processing: Your questions are sent to a third-party AI language model for processing. The AI provider processes your input to generate a response.
Training: Your conversations are not used to train AI models. The third-party AI provider does not retain your inputs for model training purposes.
In-memory caching: For performance, recent conversation context is cached in server memory for up to 30 minutes and then discarded.
Lead capture: If you choose to provide your name, email, or phone number during a MIB conversation, that information is stored and may be sent to our CRM (Follow Up Boss) for follow-up.
Your Responsibility: Do not submit sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account details, health information, etc.) to the MIB. The bot is designed to answer real estate market questions and is not equipped to handle sensitive data securely.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
