About Villa Savona
Villa Savona, the sister building to Villa d'Este, is designed to resemble three individual period mansions inspired by Italianate Villas with the characteristics of a small European boutique hotel. Built by Warmington Homes California, the residences offer five floor plans ranging from 1,180 to 1,653 square feet, each with two bedrooms and interior laundry. Single-story and two-story configurations include studies, powder rooms, and subterranean parking. Architectural details include turrets, arched and tiled alcoves, and spiral staircases. Within the walls are three connecting courtyards, each with its own distinctive character, while wrought iron balconies and open windows allow residents to enjoy the sights, sounds, and fragrances of lushly landscaped gardens.
