About The Metro
The Metro is one of Playa Vista's most distinctive buildings, its striking Art Deco architecture paying tribute to Southern California's golden era of the 1930s and 1940s. Built by West Millennium Homes, the building frames the elliptical end of Crescent Park with dramatic facades and a five-story penthouse tower accented by fine fretwork in shades of alabaster and cream. Four floor plan collections, The Zen, The South Beach, The Sophisticate, and The Cosmopolitan, range from 1,283 to 2,414 square feet across single-level flats and two-story townhomes, all with two bedrooms. Interiors feature granite slab countertops, travertine flooring, gas log fireplaces, and media niches, while the two-story plans offer dramatic living rooms with double-height ceilings and private decks. Building amenities include a hot and cold spa on the sundeck, Art Deco-themed courtyards with fountains, four elevator lobbies, and two assigned parking spaces per residence.
