About Tapestry
Tapestry at Playa Vista is a collection of approximately 80 three- and four-level townhomes by John Laing Homes, designed by The Steinberg Group and built in two phases. Tapestry I, constructed in 2004, is located between Kiyot Way and Seawalk Drive, while Tapestry II was completed in 2005 between Celedon Creek and Dawn Creek. Though the two sections share the same five floor plans and builder, they are managed by separate HOAs. Plans range from 1,489 to 3,130 square feet with two to four bedrooms, each featuring a direct-access 2-car garage, fireplaces, and private decks. Select plans include media rooms, lofts, butler's pantries, and gated entry courts, while the largest plans span four levels with formal living and dining rooms.
