About Primera Terra
Built by KB Home, Primera Terra is a LEED Platinum-certified community of 52 single-level condominiums in a three-story building at the eastern edge of Playa Vista's Phase I. Designed by KTGY Architecture+Planning, the building was built atop a subterranean garage with 117 parking stalls including 12 electric vehicle charging stations. Six floor plan variants across three base designs range from 965 to 1,504 square feet, offering two-bedroom-plus-den and three-bedroom configurations with two full bathrooms. Homes are organized around a central courtyard featuring a linear fountain with stainless steel scupper, a conversation terrace with outdoor fireplace, a dining terrace with barbecue, and a community vegetable and fruit garden with raised beds. A signature "Living Green Wall" at the project entry provides a distinctive identity, while private patios and articulated facades create a strong connection to the surrounding streetscape. Standard features include 10-foot ceilings, granite slab countertops, Whirlpool appliances, Moen fixtures, and tankless water heaters.
