About Paraiso
Paraiso, Portuguese for "paradise," is a collection of 60 two-story and three-story townhomes by Shea Homes, situated on Playa Vista Drive directly north of The CenterPointe Club. The residences are created in two distinctive architectural styles: one inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright and the other a traditional Mediterranean design, all surrounding dramatic interior courtyards. Four floor plans range from 1,613 to 2,790 square feet with dual-sided fireplaces, covered decks and patios, kitchen islands, and home offices. Select plans feature master retreat areas with fireplaces, lofts, and media niches, while Plaza Level and Terrace Level variants offer different living configurations throughout the community.
