Ziari was a pleasure to work with. He approached me a year and a half ago indicating he had a client that was interested in my home in Playa Vista/. Los Angeles. Patiently waited a year and a half while I was considering moving. Was a dual agent. He was easy to work with, and everything went very smooth. There was only one small hiccup which he helped reconcile by taking it out of his own commission, which Was a nice gesture and something he didn’t have to do.

Ziari is a dream to work with.Super responsive and knowledgeable, was so vigilant through the purchase process (providing guidance on inspections and even attending them himself). For example, he reviewed all disclosures and inspections and was able to point out concerns versus minor points, he had great referrals for tradespeople, was always super prompt in responses and punctual for all visits.10/10 will work with him again.
