Playa Vista is one of the most unique neighborhoods in Los Angeles, a master-planned community with over 30 distinct buildings and developments, each with different floor plans, HOA structures, and price points. This interactive map is designed to help buyers, sellers, and investors compare properties the way a local expert would.
Filter by property type to focus on what matters to you. Playa Vista offers condos, townhomes and single-family homes. Each property type and community within Playa Vista has different price ranges, HOA fee structure, and lifestyle.
Filter by development phase to understand the age and character of each building. Phase I communities were built before 2012 and they are located west of Dawn Creek. Phase II communities built from 2014 and on are located west of Dawn Creek.
