She recommended a fantastic contractor/handyman who helped me fix a few things that needed updating and, has been helping with additional installations as needed.Kristen is an absolute gem. She's never pushy and doesn't insist on using anyone she suggests, but it's nice to know you can trust her judgement and her recommendations. Kristen was such an amazing resource in helping me find my apartment on the West Side. I had a very short window for moving, and within a day of contacting her, I had a list of apartments to review that fit my requirements and budget. After letting her know which ones I was interested in, she arranged private showings with each property and scheduled them such that we could see all of the properties in one morning. Shopping for apartments with her was a pleasure in what was an otherwise stressful quick move - she was expedient while also being patient with me. When I found the apartment that I really wanted, Kristen worked with the Seller's Agent and Seller to secure it for me - I was so happy! Kristen was very knowledgeable about the area and optimistic from minute one that we would fine something great. She was responsive to all of my messages with very quick turn-around.
